Crow manages communications for Ohio Policy Evaluation Network (OPEN), a reproductive health research collaborative housed at the College of Public Health. She comes to Ohio State from the nonprofit sector, having worked in communications and advocacy in both Washington, DC and Columbus. Crow holds a Master of Public Health in Health Behavior Health Promotion from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Kenyon College.
